Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kslavishbeauty.ca (the "Site") and your booking of services with K's Lavish Beauty Inc. ("K'S Lavish Beauty," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

Booking and Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
• Appointments are booked through our online scheduling platform or by contacting us directly.
• Pricing discussed at booking is an estimate; final pricing is confirmed at your appointment based on your hair and the service performed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with 24 or more hours' notice keep your deposit as credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, forfeit the deposit.

Our Service Guarantee

If a braided style loosens within 7 days of your appointment, we will redo it. If something feels off during your service, please tell us — we will address it before you leave.

Results May Vary

Hairstyling results depend on factors including your natural hair type, length, density, and hair history. While we aim to match reference photos as closely as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact replication of any inspiration image.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. All content on the Site, including text, images, and portfolio photos, is owned by K'S Lavish Beauty or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

Third-Party Services

Booking, payment, and communication may be handled through third-party platforms (such as our scheduling and payment providers). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of those third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, K'S Lavish Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, beyond the amount paid for the applicable service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
